Cami
loves to follow her sister around. She is curious, but Jaely isn't always excited to have her sister trailing behind her. Jaely knows she always has the option of going into her room and playing by herself. Her "safe" places are getting fewer and fewer out in the living room as Camryn has first learned to reach up on top of the table and couch and has more recently learned to pull herself up to a standing position to reach anything her heart desires in the living room. Sometimes, Jaely plays with her sister and talks to her. Other times she shouts right in her face
"No! Cami!" after which she is promptly told to go sit on her bed and mama and papa will be there to talk to her when she is calmed down. Then comes the apology and
kiss, which, at this stage, Cami could care less about. I love when Camryn learns how to do something new. Jaely runs around the house, excitement bursting out of her, screaming
"Cami crawl! Cami crawl!" or
"Cami stand! Cami stand!"
Jaely has picked her own outfits out a lot lately. . .

This outfit she picked out especially for a walk.

I found this pillow at Target on clearance for $10. The best! Jaely drags it to every corner of the house and brings a stack of books. Often, Cami finds her quickly and crawls all over her or takes her books. Cami needs to share too.

Ruffled butt. Ruffled tummy. Cutie Pie.

She can pull up. And she does. Everywhere she can- the bathtub, my lap, coffee table, couch, chairs, Jaely's shoulders. . . She can even hold on with just one hand and play with a toy in the other.

I have hazy memories of Jason following me around (I was doing a lot of drugs when I was 2)- and there was a love/hate aspect to it. It's fun to be the oldest but then you do really value your alone time. I had so much fun sharing a room with him though- there are definitely many more good memories of that and inside jokes that no one will ever know or 'get'. Jaely has a lot to look forward to.
