At nine months Camryn is:
- crawling
- eating chunky solids (no table food yet)
- sleeping about 14 hours a day
- following her sister EVERYWHERE!
- Putting EVERYTHING in her mouth
- Grinning with two teeth
- Growing thicker hair
- Keeping her wrinkly chubby knees
- Cuddling right in when you pick her up
- Wearing 12- 18 month clothes
- Smiling a ton
- Giggling with her sister
- Using the sign for "more" at dinner
- Drooling
- Making fun sounds
- "Talking"
- Enjoying swinging in her swing outside
- Loving hanging out in her stroller when we are out and about
- Bathing with her big sister
- Making a clicking sound with her tongue as she crawls
- Keeping her hands down when she is getting fed
- Wearing size 4 diapers
- Pulling her papa's leg hair, glasses and hat
- Biting her mama while nursing (ouch!)
- Petting/grabbing the cats
- often sitting with one leg wrapped around to the side of her
- Napping once a day, although sometimes taking a little cat nap in the car or pack and play
Camryn goes in to her pack and play every day to have some independent play time. This is something we did with Jaely and really liked. Cami is in a room where she can't watch us, she just has to play by herself. . . well, sometimes, she decides to take a short nap instead! We just recently took away her morning nap, so that she is sleeping for longer stretches in the afternoon. She apparently still needs a little nap every now and then! She feel right asleep during her play time!
Nine month photo shoot-
She isn't wearing a fancy dress because she can't crawl in dresses, so a skirt it is! And she has a runny nose. I have crusty snot on the shoulders of my shirts. Gross. And, of course, i couldn't keep her on the chair for very long!
