Days after Christmas

Jaely enjoying her V-reader with her uncle Trevor. She played with this every trip to Target i made with her. Now she has one of her own. It will provide many years of enjoyment for her. We are currently downloading Little Red Riding Hood for it.We arrived back on Monday- exhausted, but so worth it. Jaely was entertained with some new toys while we unloaded. She took a nap while we continued to unpack and we took a nap ourselves. She REALLY wanted her yellow bouncy ball blown up when she got up from her nap. At first she needed help getting on it and she didn't quite get the bouncing and going somewhere thing, she just bounced in place. But now, not even 24 hours later she gets on it herself and bounces all over the entire house. She looks hilarious and laughs as she bounces. And it tires her out, which is kind of nice every now and then!

After we all got a great night's sleep, Jaely woke up at 8:30 and immediately asked for her dollhouse. TJ had told her yesterday that they would build the house together and she remembered. They got right to work. Jaely was so excited. We were out of room in our car on the way back, so we left some presents behind. We left behind the room furniture that my aunt and uncle got for Jaely and Cami, but Jaely had a blast just playing with the dolls in the house.

Her favorite part are the doors. She had the dolls open and close them repeatedly.

Jaely still likes to play on Camryn's play mat. We thought the novelty of it would have worn out by now, but apparently we were wrong.

Christmas

I am going to keep this brief. . . well brief in words, not in pictures! I am tired. :)

Jaely- "I wash dishies"
Christmas Eve- Aunt Angie and Camryn

Jaely and Dampa
Uncle Matt and Camryn
Yummy peaches!
Matt and his nieces
Drinking the peach juice
Jaely left three cookies and a juice box for santa. When she got up, everything was gone and santa left his hat behind!

Stocking time!

Matt & Angie's first Christmas together! Angie is such an awesome addition to the family.
As soon as Jaelynne unwrapped this furry white vest, she just had to have it on.
Aunt Angie got Jaely her first set of high heels. She loved them!

Papa trying to put the double stroller together.

Jaely opening her chest of dress up clothes. What an awesome gift!
She has to get the stroller out of the way so she has room to try on her clothes

I LOVE this picture. Pure joy on her face and look at the joy she brings to others

Over to the Sweet's house!
Playing with uncle jered before dinner

This is basically how Camryn spent her Christmas!

Jaely opening the giant dollhouse for her and Camryn! She is going to have so much fun with this.

Uncle Jered gave Jaely a Pooh PEZ dispenser. It is the girl's crack.
Jaely got the V-reader and a backpack to carry it around. She has played with it every time she goes to Target with me, and now she has one of her own. It is like a Kindle for kids.

Jaely wanted uncle jered to get her drums. She mentioned this months ago when she was "reading" a Jesse bear book. Jesse bear was playing with drums that had two sticks, so jaely said she wanted a drum with two sticks. I asked her where she was going to get drums and she replied "jarwee"

Playing Candyland

Learning to play the harmonica
Now that Camryn is awake, she gets to enjoy grandpa

It was a wonderful day filled with family. I love my family and i am so blessed to have married into a wonderful family. I am exhausted now as we just got home this afternoon. The unpacking is endless, but i just keep being constantly reminded of how many people love our girls. They are blessed to be surrounded by people that love them and show them that love in so many ways.
